High volume manufacturer injection molded plastic parts seeks Engineer to manage the creation, deployment and management of processes for new products or product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

*** Assemble and disassemble complete systems and provide input to engineering.
*** Recommend and implement improved efficiency practices within the department.
*** Process optimization of various resins with different systems to determine suitable applications.
*** Project management to ensure timely completion of continuous improvement actions
*** Direct personnel, both internal and contractors, in all phases of facility repair and maintenance,
*** Analyze and provide cost estimates for installations, labor and equipment.

Qualifications:

*** BS degree and 5+ years in an injection molding environment
*** In-depth understanding of injection molding processes, resins, tool selection and mold design. Our employees are our key to success.
