Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Production Manager to join our team in Dehradun. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising production staff, ensuring operational continuity, and identifying areas for process improvement while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain operations
Knowledge of quality control standards, compliance with GMP regulations, and adherence to health and safety regulations
Effective leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to implement process improvements
Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in relevant production and inventory management software is preferred
Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or CDMO roles will be an advantage
