Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Psychology Teacher at Mondrian High. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, inquiry-driven Psychology lessons for Grades 9 to 12.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and delivering interactive and concept-based Psychology lessons
Designing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Encouraging critical thinking through discussions, case studies, research activities, and projects
Assessing student progress through assignments, presentations, and examinations
Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment for open dialogue
Guiding students in understanding psychological theories, research methods, and real-world applications
Mentoring students and supporting their academic and personal growth
Collaborating with colleagues to enrich interdisciplinary learning experiences
Participating actively in school events, workshops, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications
Strong academic background in Psychology
Experience teaching middle and/or senior school students (Grades 9–12 preferred)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to handle sensitive topics with maturity and professionalism
Student-centered, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach
Relevant degree and teaching certification in Psychology or related field

Experience with the Cambridge curriculum will be preferred
