Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced History Faculty to teach Cambridge AS & A Level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject expertise, a clear understanding of Cambridge assessment objectives, and the ability to engage students through inquiry-based and analytical learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Cambridge AS & A Level History curriculum in alignment with Cambridge International standards
- Plan and implement lessons that develop critical thinking, analysis, and historical inquiry skills
- Design assessments and prepare students for internal and external Cambridge examinations
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum planning, academic reviews, and departmental initiatives
- Support students’ academic growth within a residential school environment
- Participate in professional development and Cambridge-related training as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Postgraduate degree in History or a related discipline
- Formal Cambridge training is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Cambridge AS & A Level History (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge curriculum frameworks and assessment criteria
