Job Description:

Assistant Accountant

Location:

Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience:

1 to 2 years
Immediate Joiners Only
Only Dehradun-based Candidates will be shortlisted

Roles & Responsibilities :

Maintain and update accounts on Tally Prime.
Handle sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and issue invoices and bills for customers and vendors.
Assist in generating e-invoices and manage GST filings.
Support in reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Manage vendor and customer payment follow-ups and record keeping.
Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Sound knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and billing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Good understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
Immediate joiners only.
Must be based in Dehradun (applications from other locations will not be considered).
