1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Monday through Friday

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler – Shipping to join our DeForest Value Center team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and learning new skills.
What You’ll Do:- Pick and assemble customer orders from high‑rise warehouse locations
- Operate powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and damage‑free
- Complete computer transactions and documentation to track workflow
- Support the team wherever needed as volume shifts
- Proven history of strong attendance and a proven work ethic
- Commitment to safety
- Comfort working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stay on your feet 6–8 hours per day
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Basic computer or tablet experience (a plus!)
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- A positive, team‑first mindset
- This position uses voice to pick technology. The ability to speak and hear clearly is necessary
