1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Monday through Friday

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler – Shipping to join our DeForest Value Center team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and learning new skills.

• Pick and assemble customer orders from high‑rise warehouse locations
• Operate powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and damage‑free
• Complete computer transactions and documentation to track workflow
• Support the team wherever needed as volume shifts

• Proven history of strong attendance and a proven work ethic
• Commitment to safety
• Comfort working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stay on your feet 6–8 hours per day
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Basic computer or tablet experience (a plus!)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• A positive, team‑first mindset
• This position uses voice to pick technology. The ability to speak and hear clearly is necessary
