1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Our Value Center in DeForest is hiring a Shipping Associate to join our Distribution team. If you’re dependable, efficient, open to learning new things, and take pride in doing a job well, we’d love to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Construct cartons and prepare batch carts for order fulfillment
• Accurately pick customer orders using wearable and pick-to-voice technology
• Ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped
• Prepare cartons for shipment to prevent transit damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in other areas of the Value Center and manufacturing as needed

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to safety and following directions
• Accuracy in counting and basic math skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Dependability and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• This position uses voice-to-pick technology, which requires both clear speaking (English) and consistent use of hearing

This is a hands-on, team-oriented role where reliability matters and effort is noticed.
