Are you looking for a rewarding new career? This position is for a Route Driver with Maumee Valley Group. Full Time Route Drivers start at $20.00 an hour. On average, Route Drivers make around $68,000+ per year. Any hours worked over 40 are paid at time and a half ($30.00 per hour). On average, drivers work 45-55 hours a week (8-10 hour days) along with voluntary weekends.

This varies depending on the route and factors such as points of service, driving time to each stop, and personal working pace.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Stocking food and beverage products for micro-markets, stores, or vending machines in company break rooms.
• Start times vary by route, typically between 2 am and 4 am (latest start time 5 am).
• Load and organize your vehicle for the day, including fresh food and snacks; pallets of beverages may be pre-loaded.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations daily to stock products, fill vending machines, clean microwaves, stock condiments, cups, plates, silverware, napkins, etc., and clean and fill coffee machines.
• Rotate products in coolers and on shelves based on expiration dates; check for expired products at each location; understand merchandising to optimize sales.
• Check inventory daily and adjust products based on sales; place fresh food orders for points of service and order coffee, condiments, cups, plates, and napkins.
• Promptly resolve requests or issues from customers or management; maintain cleanliness and organization for each account and vehicle.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb in and out of a box truck; capable of driving in different conditions.
• Lift cases of beverages and totes full of snacks in and out of the back of the truck, with a dolly as needed.
