Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a ready-made patient panel while providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.
About the Opportunity- Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
- Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
- Patient Volume: Average of 22-28 patients per day
- Diverse Patient Population: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics

- Established Patient Panel: Seamlessly transition into a practice with a strong patient base.
- Comprehensive Support: Work alongside experienced CMAs, LPNs, a practice manager, and dedicated registration staff.

- Access to Specialty Services: Integrated referrals to radiology, PT/OT, speech pathology, behavioral health, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, and more.

- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care
- Interest in office-based procedures (e.g., biopsies, joint injections, skin lesion removal, I&D, pap smears)
