This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Setter/Operator located in Hawarden. The CNC Setter/Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, performing machining and milling operations, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, conducting inspections, maintaining quality control standards, and troubleshooting issues related to the operation of CNC equipment. Collaboration with team members and adherence to health and safety protocols are integral parts of the role.

• Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and Machinery handling
• Skilled in CNC Machining and Milling processes
• Lathe and Fanuc experience essential
• Strong experience in Quality Control practices
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
• Programming desirable but training can be provided for an enthusiastic recruit
