The Company:
Reacta Healthcare, established in 2013, operates from a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Deeside, North Wales. The MHRA licensed facility is licensed to manufacture oral challenge meals, for use in clinical trials, as auxiliary medicinal products. The Reacta Healthcare challenge meals are currently used to diagnose and monitor food allergy in numerous global therapeutic trials. The business is progressing along a strategic path to marketing authorisation.
Patents for the challenge meals have been granted in a number of countries.
Reacta Healthcare is looking for a Production Operator to work within the manufacturing facility.
The primary purpose of the Production Operator is to facilitate and carry out activities in the preparation, manufacturing, and cleaning to support the manufacturing process. The Production Operator will ensure that manufactured products consistently comply with stringent laid down procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and Health and Safety regulations. This role will involve activity in other areas within the facility to support the business need.
KeyAccountabilities
- Production: participate in the manufacturing process and preparation of equipment for production. Ensure that products are manufactured observing Good Manufacturing Practices and behaviours.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: conduct routine activities required for the maintenance of production rooms, preparation, and cleaning of production areas to set standards.
- Documentation: complete the required paperwork to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Documentation Practice.
- Quality focus with attention to detail.
- Motivated team player.
- Focus on delivery.
- Keen to develop and improve.
- Previous operator experience in a similar regulated environment.
- Good understanding of food or pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Secondary education to include Maths, English and Science.
- Training, development, and continuous improvement:
