Cleaning Services, Facility Maintenance
To handle the overall day‑day management of the cleaning operation on‑site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, covering all aspects.
Responsibilities- Including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
- Cleaning toilet facilities & washrooms
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas
- Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas
- Using cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
- Ensuring stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements, while performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of the site
- Good knowledge, experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of COSHH, chemicals, coloured cloths and risk assessments
- Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage
- Experience with working to tight schedules
