Pay: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour

Hours:

15 hours per week (office-based, contracted) + ad hoc care hours in the community

We’re now looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team in a hybrid role, combining branch-based support with hands-on domiciliary care in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carer ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a real difference.
About the Role

This role offers the best of both worlds:
 
15 contracted hours per week supporting the branch team in the office
Additional flexible, ad hoc hours delivering high-quality domiciliary care to our customers

Your Responsibilities:
 
Support the Branch Team with office administration
Assist the Field Care supervisors with training and people management
Assist the Care Coordinators with scheduling and client satisfaction
Deliver person-centred, high-quality care tailored to individual needs
Support with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
Assist with medication in line with care plans
Build trusted, positive relationships as a familiar and friendly face
Support branch operations and care coordination during office-based hours
