Senior HSE Advisor

Overview

V7 Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading engineering organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to support their operational sites and drive continuous improvement across health, safety and environmental performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with strong investment in safety culture and operational excellence.

• Provide professional Health, Safety & Environmental guidance across operations.
• Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Support and lead incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and support improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with operational teams to promote a positive safety culture across the business.

• NEBOSH / IOSH qualification
• Proven experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and accident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
