Customer Service Representative

Overview

We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Chester Operation Centre, CH5 2QZ
. Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames. They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.

• Respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from customers while maintaining service levels and time frames; provide sales and return query support to members and private traders; perform administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.

• Excellent customer service
• Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• IT literate
• Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work as part of a team

• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
