Supply Chain Admin Assistant

We're looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Support Administrator to assist with the smooth flow of materials and products across our operation. You'll play a key role in managing stock, processing orders, and keeping suppliers, carriers, and internal teams aligned.

• Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Update ERP systems (SAP or similar) and produce supply chain reports
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Support continuous improvement and help streamline processes

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations administration
• Strong attention to detail and confident with data and documentation
• Experience in Microsoft (Teams and Excel is essential)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities

24,000 - 26,000 annual

Starting temp initially for 6 months with potential for ongoing

Full time Monday to Friday office hours
