We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Dee House, Ewloe in Flintshire, North Wales.
Salary: £25,000pa.
This is a permanent position to work full-time hours. Office hours are Monday to Friday with hybrid working (two days onsite).
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll provide day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support across marketing activity, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their marketing career who is organised, proactive, and eager to explore and learn across different areas of marketing to support future growth and development.

AboutThe Role The Successful Marketing Coordinator Will
- Act as a first point of contact for incoming marketing queries and requests, triaging these and routing them to the relevant specialist or manager.
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes, logging and prioritising queries to ensure requests are routed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate marketing records, shared files and documentation.
- Support the scheduling of internal deadlines, meetings and marketing activity.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the marketing function.
- Handle correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Creative & Design Support.
- Manage print specifications and handover of final files to suppliers.
- Coordinate design requests and track progress under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer.
- Website Administration & Support.
- Provide basic website support under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Support basic website housekeeping tasks only, such as uploading pre‑approved content supplied by specialists or managers. Currently this role has no responsibility for content decisions, testing, or quality assurance.
- Log and track website‑related requests or issues to support timely resolution.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role or relevant transferable skills gained through education or work experience.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- A willingness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing, creative or design‑led environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop or InDesign).
- Basic understanding of print production processes.
- Eager to learn and explore different areas of marketing.
- Curious, proactive and motivated to develop new skills.
- Comfortable asking questions and learning through feedback.
- Calm, organised and methodical when managing competing priorities.
