Premi Star is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales Operations to elevate construction solutions and service sales performance across the North Region. This commercial leader will strengthen our sales culture, improve sales execution, and drive disciplined, predictable growth across all North Region business units.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and manage the North Region’s technical solutions and service sales teams.
- Strengthen and scale a winning service sales culture across all North Region business units.
- Drive achievement of Regional Bookings Goals and contribute directly to revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Ensure alignment between sales and operations to improve execution, customer outcomes, and profitability.
- Develop and execute core services go‑to‑market strategies supporting Organic Service Growth.
- Institutionalize XOi to support sales for end‑of‑life assets, improve lead quality, and enhance technician‑to‑sales handoffs.
- Enforce a 3:1 factored pipeline ratio for all sellers and drive weekly pipeline reviews.
- Implement Sandler selling methodology to provide deal coaching for Top 5 opportunities per BU across Construction, Direct to Owner, and Service Agreements.
- Improve sales process discipline, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption.
- Collaborate with BU GMs, Service leaders, Finance, and HR to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
- Support pricing discipline, customer targeting, account planning, and strategic opportunity capture.
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent experience.
- Proven success leading sales teams in HVAC Service, technical solutions, or related high‑ticket service industries.
- Strong understanding of how sales and operations collaborate to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.
- Expertise in pipeline management, maintaining 3:1 coverage, and improving forecast accuracy.
- Experience with Sandler or similar consultative selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with XOi or equivalent field enablement platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50–60% across the North Region.
