, you’ll oversee the teams responsible for processing returned devices for data extraction, ensuring smooth and compliant operations across domestic and international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Intake Operations across multiple shifts and sites.
• Drive performance in quality, productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across departments including HR, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Support new product introductions and optimize Intake processes and tools.
• Manage staffing, training, and resource planning to meet operational goals.
• Maintain team morale and a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee budgets and cost center planning (labor, materials, overhead).
• Prepare for audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

About You:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in medical device, pharma, or biotech industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiar with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, Splunk a plus.
