Responsible for leading the strategic planning, design and implementation of talent programs that shape how we define, identify and select top talent. This role focuses on building and optimizing tools and frameworks that enable effective internal and external talent selection decisions and support a high-performance culture across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
* Leads design and strategy work for talent management projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Talent Management Consultants, Principal of Talent Management Delivery, HR Business Partners, etc. to ensure best-in-class, efficient and value-add program development and implementation.
* Makes recommendations to update and improve current strategies in the development of talent programs.
* Researches and benchmarks best practices in Talent Management and recommends solutions that support Company business needs and culture.
* Partners with Principal Talent Management Delivery to ensure translation of talent strategy into practice.
* Builds talent programs that effectively drive more continuous management of talent through rich dialogue, feedback and coaching.
* Effectively partners and leverages HR partners to drive value in talent programs; helps the business leverage data to drive results.
* Leads the analyses of talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of more complex programs and to sustain the momentum of talent management initiatives.
* Develops and mentors less senior staff through on-boarding, open communication, project work and development opportunities; leverages strengths of Talent Management Consultants to build effective strategy and design.
* Collaborates with global HR partners to drive synergies in talent processes across the globe; primary emphasis on designing and implementing shared performance management process

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years experience in performance management, succession planning, engagement, competency modeling and/or selection and assessment, OR high school/GED and at least 5 years of experience in performance management, succession planning, engagement, workforce planning and/or selection and assessment.
* Experience benchmarking and evaluating Talent Management practices through external and internal research.
* Experience developing Talent Management strategies aligned to business needs.
* Experience with performance management and succession systems, such as Cornerstone.
* Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
* Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
* At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
* Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
