RMK Management has an immediate opening for a Property Manager. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a growing company that offers great benefits.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and be responsible for all work performed by staff members.
- Assist in achieving financial and operational goals through better leasing performance.
- Monitor daily traffic. Submit recommendations on advertising effectiveness and needed improvements.
- Handle dispositions, send all outstanding delinquent accounts to a collection agency in a timely manner.
- Monitor/supervise rent collections.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports advising on the status of the property.
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements.
- Illinois Broker's License.
- 5-8 years of property management experience.
- 3-5 years of residential leasing experience.
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager and CRM.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
