The Regulatory Legal team at Capital One tackles legally complex issues impacting the entire company. We are seeking an attorney who is collaborative, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about the law. You’ll need strong analytical and organizational skills, great judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We want someone with an ownership mentality who also enjoys being part of a team and can interact with and influence across departments and job levels.

As an attorney on the Regulatory Legal team, you will partner with subject matter experts to help support business operations and risk offices, business attorneys, Compliance and Audit professionals, and more.

Working closely with these partners across each of Capital One’s lines of business, you will be a go-to resource across the company on interpreting and communicating new laws and regulations that are applicable to Capital One. Additionally, you will have opportunities to learn and help solve problems in different areas of the law, including advising other attorneys and business clients.
