Business Systems Analyst; Testing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Business Systems Analyst with strong project management and test automation skills.

This is a long term contract that is hybrid in the Deerfield area

W2 only, no C2C or third parties.

• Develop clear, comprehensive manual and automated test cases based on technical specifications and business requirements.
• Read and interpret technical specifications; translate changes into structured test cases and test scenarios.
• Execute testing of participants across the network (e.g., merchants, issuers, partners).
• Perform peer reviews—validate others’ test cases and request validation on your own.
• Support both manual and automated testing activities as the team migrates to a new automation platform.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of new test automation tools.

• Lead one major testing project/release cycle (approximately 9 months) while simultaneously supporting another as a contributor.
• Manage multiple overlapping projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Track and report project and testing status to leadership and stakeholders.
