Director of Supply Chain Planning & Sourcing

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Director - Supply Chain Planning & Sourcing for a full-time direct hire position. This role acts as a senior strategic partner and thought leader responsible for modernizing global Supply Chain Planning & Sourcing through advanced digital technologies. The Director will shape and execute the digital vision, championing agility and resilience through cloud ERP, AI, automation, and real-time insights, enhancing capabilities across the value chain.

• Define and lead the technology strategy and digital roadmap for Planning & Sourcing aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure IT initiatives support strategic goals in procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with leadership to transform global capabilities through IT-enabled process enhancements.
• Lead efforts to digitize Planning & Sourcing using SAP cloud ERP, AI, and digital planning tools.
• Promote adoption of analytics to enhance strategic sourcing and risk mitigation.
• Foster business and IT collaboration, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Strengthen systems to improve forecasting, demand planning, and supplier engagement.
• Lead change management for major IT-enabled transformations.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring value realization and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with teams to continuously improve capabilities and ensure compliance with standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in transforming supply chain planning and sourcing using SAP or Oracle ERP.
• Experience leading full life cycle deployments of SAP or Oracle ERP in large global supply chains.
• Strong track record in maximizing business value from transformational initiatives.
• Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4
  
  HANA or Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and RPA technologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
