We’re seeking a highly motivated AT/IT Support Engineer Technician to join an IT Infrastructure team supporting enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies. This is a contract-to-hire position offering long-term stability and career path. The work must be done 100% onsite in Deerfield, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd level end-user support
- Assist with rollouts and enterprise application support
- Manage Microsoft Teams policies, user setup, and call quality
- Deliver high-touch executive support (Mac-heavy environment)
Required Skills
- Windows 10, O365, Teams
- AV systems:
Cisco Webex, Crestron (Polycom a plus) - HW/SW troubleshooting
- Mac OS support
- Active Directory, Service Now
- InTune, MDM, Okta
- Power Shell scripting (preferred; training available)
