They are hiring a Senior Meraki Admin with deep, hands-on Cisco Meraki experience to own and drive enterprise network and infrastructure initiatives across a multi-site hybrid IT environment.
This role is ideal for a senior-level infrastructure professional who has personally designed, deployed, and supported Cisco Meraki networks at scale, and who enjoys working in lean IT teams with real ownership and execution responsibility.
What You’ll Own- Design and manage VLANs, network segmentation, and site-to-site VPNs
- Execute network refresh and modernization projects
- Drive hybrid infrastructure initiatives across Microsoft Azure and on-prem systems
- Lead Cisco Meraki network design, deployment, and optimization across multiple locations
- Support office and site technology upgrades nationwide
- Provide senior-level troubleshooting and escalation support for network and infrastructure issues
- Partner with internal IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and business continuity requirements
- Meraki Switching (MS) and Wireless (MR) deployments
- VLANs, network segmentation, and traffic policies
- Site-to-site VPNs and remote connectivity
- Troubleshooting and optimizing Meraki networks in production environments
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Identity and access management (IAM)
- Strong understanding of enterprise routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, WAN connectivity
- Experience supporting multi-location enterprise networks
- Proven ability to independently deliver infrastructure projects, including:
- Network refreshes
- Office and site upgrades
- Cloud migrations
- Security enhancements
- Experience working in small or lean IT teams
- Prior infrastructure consulting experience
- Experience with monitoring and management tools
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured support frameworks
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-location organizations
