Deerfield, IL (Hybrid, 3 days in office).
Duration & Type:
Initial 6‑Month Contract with likely extensions or potential to convert.
Compensation:

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an Analyst, Technology Risk & Compliance to support risk management, policy governance, and regulatory compliance within a global enterprise environment. The Analyst will play a key role in assisting with the execution of compliance programs related to HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and HITRUST, while supporting IT control testing, risk assessments, and remediation tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in IT compliance, audit, or security, who wants to work in a highly collaborative environment driving cross‑functional support for global risk and policy initiatives.

- Perform analysis and support for Technology Risk & Compliance (TRC) programs, including policy, risk, and compliance monitoring.
- Assist in creating and executing detailed IT control testing procedures.
- Work with global teams to ensure compliance across divisions.
- Support risk mitigation planning, remediation execution, and compliance oversight.
- Participate in risk, control, and policy assessments.
- Create and distribute compliance dashboards and reporting materials.
- Assist in maintaining documentation for the global TRC program (controls, risks, control owners, etc.).
- Support governance processes related to TRC initiatives and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Security OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in the same fields.
- Understanding of regulatory and contractual compliance requirements (e.g., PCI‑DSS, HIPAA).
- Experience working across cross‑functional teams and communicating with individuals at various levels within an organization.
- Experience working with governance tools such as Archer, Triperwire, etc.
- Strong ability to analyze and report on data to identify trends or gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance/reporting tools.
- Direct experience using Archer highly preferred but not required.
- Direct experience in Change Management highly preferred but not required.
