Excellence(COEs),HR Business
Partners,andcross-functionalteamstoadminister,track,measure,andcontinuouslyenhancetalentandlearninginitiatives.
Theidealcandidatebringsstrongprojectmanagementskills,adata-drivenmindset,andhands-onexperiencesupportingtalentprogramsthrough
HRsystems.
- Leadtheoperationalexecutionoftheannualperformancemanagementcycle.
- Support Talent Reviewand Succession Planningprocesses .
- Administeremployeeengagementsurveys,assessments,andrelatedtools.
- Ensureaccuratetimelines,systemreadiness,andstakeholdercommunicationthroughouttalentcycles.
- Managecourseenrollmentsandlearninglogisticstoensuresmoothdelivery.
- Maintainandupdatelearningcatalogsandtrainingofferings.
- Coordinateschedulesandensuretimelyexecutionoflearningsessions.
- Producerecurringreportsrelatedtotalentandlearninginitiatives.
- Analyzedatatrendsandprovideactionableinsightstoinformstrategyanddecision-making.
- Presentfindingsanddashboardsto
HRpartnersandleadershipasneeded.
- Administerandsupport
HRtechnologyplatforms,includingperformance,talent,andengagementsystems. - Maintainsystemaccuracy,troubleshoot issues,andpartnerwithinternalteamstoenhancefunctionality.
- Supportplatformssuchasperformancemanagement,engagement tools,mentoringplatforms,and compensation-related systems.
- Managerelationshipswithexternalvendorsandplatformproviders.
- Ensurevendorsmeetserviceexpectations,timelines,and deliverables.
- Partner cross-functionallytosupportsystemintegrationsandprocessimprovements.
- Createandmaintainjobaids,guides,andtrainingmaterialstosupportprogramadoption.
- Deliversystemorprocesstrainingsessionsfor
HRpartnersasneeded. - Review,update,and maintain
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) topromoteconsistencyandoperationalefficiency.
- Experiencesupportingtalentmanagementand/orlearning&development programs.
- Strongprojectmanagementandorganizationalskills.
- Analyticalmindsetwithexperienceworkingwith
HRdataandreporting. - Hands-onexperiencewith
HRsystems(e.g.,performance management,engagement,mentoring,orcompensationtools). - Abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywith
HRpartnersandcross-functional teams. - Excellentattentiontodetailandprocessorientation.
- Strongcommunicationanddocumentationskills.
