Job Location: Hybrid in Deerfield, IL (On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What You Will Be Doing- Talent Management:
Lead the operational execution of the annual performance cycle, support Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, and administer engagement surveys and assessments. - Learning & Development:
Oversee course enrollments, maintain learning catalogs, and ensure timely delivery of sessions. - Reporting, Data & Analytics:
Generate reports on a regular cadence. Analyze talent and learning data and provide actionable insights to inform talent and learning strategies, and report out to the HR team on data. - Vendor Management:
Build strong relationships with external vendors to manage platforms, holding them accountable to deliverables. - System Administration:
Maintain and support platforms including Workday performance and talent modules, Glint, Chronus, and HRSoft. - Resource Development and Trainings:
Create and maintain tools, guides, and training materials to support program delivery and adoption and occasionally delivery systems trainings for HR. - SOPs:
Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.
- Fluency with Workday Talent and Learning modules is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, project management, and program execution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Able to deliver systems trainings and present out data as needed.
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
