Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Lake Forest, Northbrook, and Prospect Heights, IL

$19–$26 hourly. Offer based on years of experience.

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and able to deliver care to patients
• 18 years of age or older unless state law dictates otherwise
• Valid driver’s license with a vehicle insured according to state requirements

• Provide personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping
• Assist in feeding the patient
• Provide proper care and observation of patient skin to prevent tissue breakdown
• Report on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager
