As a Neuro Exercise Specialist (NES), you will be a catalyst for change, empowering people living with neurological conditions to move, feel, and live stronger. You’ll lead our virtual and in-person exercise programs with energy, empathy, and excellence while bringing science to life through innovative programming and personalized coaching.

- Lead exercise sessions for individuals with Parkinson’s, MS, stroke, brain injury, Alzheimer’s, and other neurological conditions.
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with participants and their families through dynamic communication, motivation, and education.
- Conduct comprehensive neuro fitness assessments and develop individualized programs that reflect clients’ goals, conditions, and evolving needs.
- Utilize heart rate tracking and performance data to track and inform programming and optimize client outcomes.
- Inspire clients by clearly articulating the “why, what, and how” of each session, and by making every interaction positive, purposeful, and empowering.
- Collaborate with the team to continually enhance our offerings, integrating the latest research and industry practices
. - Manage schedules, class enrollments, and client progress tracking with a high level of organization and ownership.

- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or a related field. - Preferred:
Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or a related field. - Preferred: ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification (CEP, CSCS, HFS, CPT).
- Bonus:
Advanced certifications (CIFT, CSPS, FMS, Parkinson’s-specific certs). - Required:
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification. - Ideal
Experience:
Physical Therapy aides/tech, adaptive exercise programming, and direct work with special populations or neurological conditions are highly desirable.
