You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including:

• Orthopedics
• Neurology
• Sports Medicine
• Vestibular Rehabilitation
• Pelvic Floor Therapy
• Occupational Therapy–based collaboration
• Stroke Rehabilitation
• Parkinson’s Disease
• Dry Needling

• Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

• Part-time:
  15–30 hours per week
• Full-time:
  35+ hours per week

Schedule Needs: Preference for candidates available to work evenings and weekends

Compensation: $50–$54 per hour
, based on experience.

• Provide individualized outpatient physical therapy treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming clinic environment.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  .
• Current Physical Therapy license (State of Illinois or eligible).
• CPR & AED certification
  .
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Deerfield, Illinois
  , if not local.
• Passion for outpatient, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
