Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status.
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
• Maintain household records and assist with personal laundry.
• Provide support for activities of daily living (ADLs), including walking and exercise assistance.

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.

• Weekly pay (direct deposit).
• Part‑time and full‑time availability.
• Flexible scheduling, including live‑in and weekend positions.

• Commute:
  Reliable commute to North/Western Suburbs or plan to relocate before starting.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid  Social Security card required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
