Accounting Manager

• Oversee accounting operations:
  Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses.
• Compliance and Auditing:
  Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits and implement any necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Oversee key tax compliance and reporting, including federal and state, liaise with external consultants on technical tax topics as needed.
• Manage Accounting Staff.
• Process Improvement:
  Continuously review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll tax, labor, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required payroll reports and tax filings to government agencies on time.
• Lead financial function for Net Suite implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to month-end and year-end close activities.
