Experienced Tax Data Input

Overview

Tax attorney seeks an experienced individual for inputting Form 1040 income tax data and organizing tax files. Experience with Intuit Pro Series and Turbotax is required.

• Input income tax data into the company’s software system
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry
• Assist with the preparation of income tax returns
• Organize tax files thoroughly
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with financial/brokerage statement information
• Experience in public accounting or related field
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Form 1040 tax data input
• Experience with Intuit Pro Series and Turbotax is required

• Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
• Expected hours: 30 - 36 hours per week

This is a small tax firm with the owner and an assistant working to complete tax returns and assorted IRS documents.
