Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding
- Handle account maintenance
- Execute and track asset movements
- Support quarterly billing, performance reporting, and tax information requests
- Serve as a primary client contact for service-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Prepare and process operational and compliance-related documents as needed
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, private client, or brokerage operations
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; willingness to obtain required
