The Contribution You’llbring to this Role:The Vice President, Corporate Controller & Treasurer is a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial consolidations, treasury, and internal control functions for a complex, multi‑site manufacturing organization. This role serves as a key partner to the CFO and private equity sponsors, ensuring financial integrity, liquidity management, lender compliance, and exit readiness.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, hands‑on treasury leadership, and experience operating in a private equity environment characterized by leverage, pace, and high‑performance expectations. This role will be a high‑impact leadership opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing private equity platform, drive operational rigor, and play a critical role in value creation and exit execution.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role is responsible for driving a culture of financial integrity, compliance and transparency that creates a culture of financial discipline across the organization.

You’llDoat Justrite:
Corporate Controllership & Financial Reporting:
- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, revenue recognition, fixed assets and intercompany accounting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple entities leveraging different ERP systems
- Oversee preparation of GAAP financial statements for executives, Board, and PE sponsors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors; manage annual audits, quality of earnings, and other transaction‑related diligence
- Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with SOX‑lite or sponsor standards
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate standard costing, variance analysis, and margin visibility
- Company technical accounting lead that ensure compliance in areas of highly technical nature (i.e. pension accounting, medical IBNR/IBNP, foreign exchange gain or loss)
