The Contribution You'll Bring to this Role:
The Vice President, Corporate Controller & Treasurer is a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing accounting, financial consolidations, treasury, and internal control functions for a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization. This role partners with the CFO and private equity sponsors to ensure financial integrity, liquidity management, lender compliance, and exit readiness.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, hands-on treasury leadership, and experience in a private equity environment characterized by leverage, pace, and high-performance expectations. This role offers a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a growing private equity platform, drive operational rigor, and support value creation and exit execution.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for fostering a culture of financial integrity, compliance, and transparency across the organization.

What You'll Do at Justrite:
- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, revenue recognition, fixed assets and intercompany accounting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities leveraging different ERP systems
- Oversee preparation of GAAP financial statements for executives, Board, and private equity sponsors
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors; manage annual audits, quality of earnings, and other transaction-related diligence
- Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with SOX-lite or sponsor standards
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate standard costing, variance analysis, and margin visibility
- Act as the technical accounting lead for highly technical areas (e.g., pension accounting, medical IBNR/IBNP, foreign exchange)
- Responsible for the company-wide financial consolidation system (One Stream) for US GAAP financial statements and reporting tools
- Drive centralized data governance to ensure One Stream is the system of record for internal and external reporting
- Lead enhancements, implementations, or integrations; drive process improvements and automation to enhance scalability, accuracy, and speed
- Own all treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and covenant compliance
