We are looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insight for our growing manufacturing organization. This role requires a strong accounting foundation and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze a full set of financial statements; including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with consolidation activities, exposure to manufacturing operations, and a proven ability to partner with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage consolidation of financial data across multiple entities and manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with operations and plant leadership to align financial reporting with production and cost objectives.
• Oversee internal controls, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead audit processes and maintain strong relationships with external auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.
