Are you passionate about risk management and payments operations? We are looking for a highly motivated Operational Risk Analyst / Specialist to join a leading financial services organization.

Contract Duration: 3 months / W2

Role Overview:

As an Operational Risk Analyst/Specialist, you will work with business partners to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within core network products and payments operations. You will have the opportunity to drive innovative solutions, enhance governance processes, and support audit and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide risk consulting and guidance to business leaders on operational risks
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide collaboration
• Track, manage, and remediate operational issues
• Enhance control and governance processes within payments operations
• Support audits and risk mitigation activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or audit
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience supporting or partnering with internal business clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or 6+ years relevant experience)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Payments operations or financial services risk management experience
• Project management experience leading cross-functional programs
