Your role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President, Global Commercial Excellence, and secondary support to a senior leader in training. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and excels at managing complex priorities with discretion and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior executives in a highly visible role that offers significant professional growth within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment. The individual in this position will have the ability to influence and support global commercial initiatives across a dynamic, evolving organization.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, schedule meetings, and coordinate workflows for the VP.
  • Handle communications with professionalism—emails, calls, messages—and respond or triage appropriately as well as the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sound judgment at all times.
  • Consolidate, prepare, and edit executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel/support the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and feedback summaries.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Organize leadership and functional meetings, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow‑up tracking.
  • Help schedule and follow training activities and onboarding sessions.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment. Enjoy working in and being part of a team. Enabling a group to perform at a high level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the maturity to represent senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with training systems or Learning Management Systems is helpful but not required.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000to $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.

We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
