• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly; may use calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas; sudden changes in temperature; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing:
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments:
Direct activities, repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Demands

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed standing; height of work surfaces 36–48”.
• Walking:
  Generally short distances and short duration.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, cases up to 3’ × 1.5” stacked up to 72”.
• Carrying:
  Cans 3 lbs 7 oz, pizza sauce 40 lbs occasionally, trays of dough ~12 lbs.
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies up to 24–30” requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Climbing:
  Navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Bending/stooping:
  Forward bending at pizza assembly station for 30–45 s repeatedly.
• Crouching/squatting:
  Occasional when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously up, down, forward; above 72” occasionally.

Additional Hand Tasks

Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous; frequent use of forearms and wrists to shape dough, manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, pinching in box assembly; grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza wheel, boxes.

Tools/Equipment

May use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza wheel.

Driver or Store Management Duties

• Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers.

Driver Requirements

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

Driver Essential Skills

• Navigational skills to read map, locate addresses within delivery area; navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes.

Driver Physical Demands

• Carrying:
  Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store and vehicle and to customer.
• Climbing:
  Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

Driver Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; far vision and night vision for driving; visually inspect tires daily; maintain vehicle in good running condition.
