Lead Software Developer – Automotive

Onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL

  • Oversee and guide technical staff in software development, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Lead meetings to gather and interpret user requirements and design software solutions.
  • Direct detailed design efforts for multiple technologies under guidance from a delivery architect.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and bugs, collaborating with vendors and senior technical staff when necessary.
  • Design, engineer, and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, C#, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, and Azure PaaS.
  • Implement integrations with Microsoft and partner solutions using Web APIs and other techniques.
  • Ensure escalation of issues and risks to Delivery Architect and Manager.
  • Follow and enforce development standards through code quality reviews and compliance checks.
  • Define and clarify business requirements, estimate development efforts, and finalize work plans.
  • Perform and lead unit and integration testing for developed code.
  • Lead or participate in implementation and support transitions for completed components.
  • Support operational teams during application deployment across all environments (Development, QA, Staging, Production).
  • Mentor developers and QA engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate design discussions, technical breakdowns, and architectural reviews.
  • Manage team priorities, remove blockers, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Adapt to multiple roles as needed (architect, project manager, mentor).
  • Promote a collaborative and proactive problem‑solving culture.
  • Utilize advanced technological skills in .NET Core, Azure, C#, API Development, Entity Framework, databases (No

    SQL/SQL), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
  • Supply Chain Management knowledge is a plus.
