Coastal Pipeline Inc. is seeking a skilled Underground Utility Foreman to lead our field operations. In this role, you will ensure the quality, safety, and successful completion of water, sewer, and drainage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the leader on-site, maintaining our high standards of workmanship and safety.
• System Integrity:
  Perform PSI testing to ensure all systems are compliant and leak-free.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely and efficiently operate excavators and front-end loaders.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct thorough inspections of job sites and completed work to ensure specifications are met.
• Site Management:
  Oversee job site clean-up to maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment.
• Crew Support:
  Assist main pipe crews with various tasks as needed to keep the project moving forward.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience in water line, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation/repairs in the State of Florida (including dewatering experience).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Skilled in building inverts in sanitary manholes and performing cement work on manholes/catch basins.
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA certificates in excavator/loader operation, trench safety, and traffic safety are required.
• Logistics:
  Valid driver's license required. Experience towing trailers behind a pick-up truck and hauling materials is essential.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills.
