Pay: $35.00 - $45.00+ per hour (DOE) + Performance/Annual Bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

Coastal Pipeline Inc. is seeking a skilled Underground Utility Foreman to serve as our lead "Punch Out" expert. You will play a critical role in the final stages of our underground utility projects—ensuring quality, safety, and system integrity. If you are a master of water, sewer, and storm drainage details—from building inverts to running PSI tests—help us maintain the high standards we have held since 1964.

Coastal Pipeline, Inc. is a family‑owned and operated underground utility construction firm serving Broward and Palm Beach counties. With over 120 years of combined staff experience, we specialize in water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and fire suppression.

• Perform PSI testing to ensure system integrity and compliance; conduct thorough inspections of completed work.
• Build inverts in sanitary manholes and perform expert cement work on manholes and catch basins.
• Safely operate excavators and front‑end loaders.
• Oversee job site clean‑up and ensure a safe environment.
• Tow trailers behind a pick‑up truck to haul materials to job sites.
• Assist main pipe crews with various tasks to support project completion.

• Minimum 5 years in water line, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation/repair in Florida.
• Skilled in building inverts, cement work, and dewatering.
• OSHA certificates in excavator/loader operation, trench safety, and traffic safety.
• Valid driver’s license; experience towing trailers essential.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and commitment to safety.

• $35.00 – $45.00+ per hour (based on experience).
