Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related protocols;
Verify identification, authorizations, and/or visitor logs, issue entry credentials as directed, and help to maintain accurate records of entries and exits;
Monitor gates, entrances, and other controlled access points, and communicate with property staff as needed regarding access questions and/or concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations
