DOES THIS CROSS-SELLING SPECIALIST SOUND LIKE YOU?

You begin each day as a Cross-Selling Specialist reviewing your existing client pipeline, identifying smart opportunities to enhance plans, add valuable benefits, and reduce costs where possible. You connect with customers, listen closely, and translate their needs into clear, tailored coverage upgrades. You document conversations in the CRM, follow up with purpose, and build lasting trust through service, clarity, and consistency, turning satisfied clients into loyal advocates while driving measurable results.

• Proven sales experience, ideally with upselling or account growth
• Strong customer relationship skills: communication, active listening, rapport-building
• Solid product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data/usage patterns
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate needs into tailored solutions
• Ability to learn new products quickly and apply knowledge effectively

• Certifications, prior upsell performance metrics, or industry experience in insurance/benefits

• Full-time hours with overtime available
• Mon–Thu 9:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Fri 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
