Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Client Development Executive to drive new business and expand relationships within our staffing solutions division. This role combines consultative sales with strategic account management.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries.
- Present staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
- Track sales metrics and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
- Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or client services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
