Target earnings: $50,000 to $100,000+.

• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their homes about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home benefits and gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and develop a collaborative relationship with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self‑driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status (e.g., H1B).

• Work outdoors daily with exposure to elements, including inclement weather; extended walking/standing required.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work; occasionally lift up to 10 pounds or move objects.
