Assistant Manager responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, inventory management, and maintaining a clean facility.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas, with sudden changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces or tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb; cases stacked up to 72 in high.

Constant eye‑hand coordination; use of forearms and wrists in shaping pizza dough, handling pizza peel, cutting, and assembling cardboard boxes.

Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza wheel.

• Deliver product by car and to doors of customers; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within designated delivery area; handle adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery; walk and climb multiple flights of stairs.
• Maintain vehicle in good running condition; inspect tires regularly.
